Oops!!! I Did It Again

No im not a Britney Spears fan though during my school time I was the first one to have the album "Oops.. I Did It Again" with me which I had brought during Bangalore trip way back in 2001-2002..memories.. Anyways Coming back from Office today after a lovely second shift I opened my lappy to check my mails and surf net and usually I do make it a point to check whats trending latest on yahoo and there it was my next topic to write and it was about Genelia D'Souza Deshmukh against whom the local court in Hyderabad had directed the police to file an FIR.

A flash back, of all prominent personalities whom we rekon as our role models whom we tend to follow who have been accused/Charged an FIR with, before I come to my point..

1.Sanjay Dutt got arrested under TADA Act in 1993 for illegal possession of arms
2.Salman Khan-Case: Black Buck poaching- 1998 & Case: Culpable Homicide- 2002
3.Fardeen Khan-Case: Illegal possession of cocaine- 2001.
4.John Abraham-Case:Rash driving- 2006
5.Preity Zinta-Case: Concealing financial position of Kings XI Punjab- 2009
6.Shiney Ahuja-Case: Concealing financial position of Kings XI Punjab- 2009
7.Saif Ali Khan-Case: Scuffle with a person called Iqbal Sharma-2012 & Booked for assaulting a photojournalist and latest
8.Genelia D'Souza Deshmukh- Accused of being the brand ambassador of a Hyderabad based real estate firm which allegedly duped people after grabbing their land-2012.

These are the ones that made headlines there are and would be many more which get suppressed due to the power and politics our stars enjoy.

I fail to understand are these just media hypes, or a fact that we have given these guys power beyond their imagination and this is making them feel like god and do whatever they can and still roam around free or are these just part and parcel of being famous and successful.

Let us analyze,
1. Media hype and being in news is what defines the success quotient of these guys, the reason is immaterial for them the fact that we keep their names on our lips is what makes their day, so probably it could be a reason but the fact if they are found guilty all their stardom will be Phoneixefied will be forced to drink jail ka pani and eat jail ka khana .hmmm ruled out.

2. We have given our stars power yes but the power of love and appreciation but as we know we still control that and a bad Friday can get us to re-think hmmm...this reason tooo ruled out.

3. It all boils down to the last fact that there are ups and downs in every persons life. If you are rich and famous you are in the eye of every good or bad "Arjun" either you get hunted or hunt for survival and at times the hunting goes bad and land up in a scoop.

We have to realize one thing that all human race evolved from 1 single couple Adam and Eve and they were entrusted with a duty to propagate life, I wont comment as to whether they enjoyed it or not but we know the world population today, answer is clear enuf....no no no please I didnt want you realize that but yes its important that we realize that like us our heros, our bollywood stars, they too are only humans and they be given rights similar to us with similar consequence and punishments with a fair trial.Anybody can make a mistake but repeating the same type of mistake becomes blunders and is often punishable.

Ending like I like to, today in words of Winston Churchill -War is mainly a catalogue of blunders...

  6. Thanks peeps for appreciation of my effort. Supriya u may consider it to be so but on the other hand we as the public have the right to decide and debate their action's and be critics. Moreover this doesnt just imply to the bollywood stars it even applies to you me and everyone else. Josh mein hosh nahi khona thats what its all about....cheers for commenting though...
