Bitter Today Sweet Tomorrow!!!

As I munch on some dark chocolates courtesy Kaushal who bought them for me as my 27th birthday present, I tend to ponder what hurts the most, being truthful or lying. 

Truth is the darkest chocolate I can say for sure but as it melts in mouth you later realize it did leave some sweetness behind at the end, makes sense yeah!!! but should that truth destroy your relationship if it does I would prefer to lie and make it sweet and keep lying as long as I can, but no that's temporal.

I cant live my life over a lie, I cant give permanent happiness to my partner, friend or colleague by a lie, I would rather say the truth sweetly and slowly make her understand that Im still a nice guy and if that person is understanding enuf, which im sure she is, you just won her heart.

I can lie if there has been a wardrobe malfunction or my friend would lie to me if I ask them whether im looking smart or not but if I ask them about a career related question or a personal question I would rather accept the truth and make necessary amendments. 

"Every person has a set of expectation", so do I and mine are to be accepted the way Im, "Shower me with your love and I will change my life for you-Mohit".

"Honesty is the best policy", well said anonymous but how do you like it if that organization where this policy of your's was made keeps changing it everyday, Mr. Anonymous if I ever find you ill drag you to consumer forum for sure :P, on a serious note It's actually easier to just tell the truth.   There are many reasons for this.   One reason is, people don't have to think of lame excuses, making it much faster.   Another reason is, people who tell the truth won't get in as much trouble when someone finds out that they lied to them.   The last reason why telling the truth is better is, people will trust and respect them more.

Though I propagate being true my recent personal experience speak otherwise never the less the true value of a person is not through his words and mere incidences of past.  Maharishi (the great sage) Valmiki author of the epic "Ramayana" was a highway robber called Ratnarka now thats transformation, which happens there are more such stories where dacoits druggists, mafias through trust love and faith have transformed and lived a great mans life.

haan one more thing when truth and lies is in question, something else crops up in my mind which is a stage for debate on this topic-Arrange Marriage.

On arrange marriage i simply put it in my own words, "Arranged Marriages are like those red herring prospectus similar to the ones offered by financial institutions while offering financial policies which have a short small may be text size 2 star mark and written Terms and condition apply , be care before investing, risk is obviously yours".
